1. INT. DAY. GYNECOLOGIST’S EXAMINATION ROOM
CU a gorgeous human breast. DR. PAGAN’S capable hands are feeling for cancerous lumps. The lighting is low key, moody. The probing hands are sculptured.

NARRATOR (V.O.)

These are the hands of Doctor Roger Pagan, gynecologist. They are not like your hands, or my hands, or indeed the hands of the vast majority of men. No, these hands do not dig ditches, assemble automobiles, or shuffle computer cards. They exist for one purpose, and one purpose only: to touch, probe, caress the flesh of women of all ages, and to coax from that flesh… the secrets of women!

2. MS from a low and dramatic angle. DR. PAGAN examining patient dramatically backlit. At times we are not certain of the nature of the examination, for her head is arched back exstatically [sic] and he seems to be kissing her nipples.

THE MAIN TITLES BEGIN TO APPEAR OVER THIS SHOT, WHICH CONTINUES UNTIL THE TITLES ARE FINISHED. THEN...

3. CU PATIENT’S FACE

DR. PAGAN (V.O.)
That concludes the examination, Miss Finch. There is no malignancy.

MISS FINCH
And the malignancy of my love for you, that eats away at my heart? Does that count for nothing?
