A History of Violence (2005)
Exterior Street Scene
Queen and Broadview

Most of A History of Violence is shot in Millbrook, Ontario. The township, nestled within a secluded valley amid rolling hills, was the perfect place for this story set in a classic Midwestern American small town. The “big city” does make an appearance, however, standing-in for Philadelphia. Tom Stall (Viggo Mortensen) visits some of the “sketchier” areas of the city, represented here by this Queen Street East location.
